BambooHR

Bamboo is our starting point - it's what we use for hiring, onboarding, off boarding employees. It's where you can get yourself familiar with our team members, their roles, see the pictures. It is where you keep track on your benefits, vacation time, request your time off etc.

Fill your profile out carefully as all the information requested is crucial - you don't want to miss your birthday cake and our singing :) And always update the personal information with your phone number, home address, emergency contact information etc.

Google (G Suite)

This is your main account - all other ones are linked to your TTT email address. We use Google G Suite for email, calendars, spreadsheets and documents. We will set you up with a personal Google account, which is your identity within TTT. You can use this account to sign in to both internal and external apps and services (through single sign-on).

Slack

We use Slack for both internal communication and communication with clients. This gives us all the ability to stalk each other, use GIFs, work on Slack-bots, etc. etc. It comes as a web app, iOS app, Android App, OSX app and Windows app. Just download the apps for your platforms of choice. You can join all the revenant channels of your choice. Slack can also be a big distraction, so make sure to **check out the do-not-disturb-functionalities** - but please do not mute/block general channels where we send important info, announcements etc.

As Slack is our main communication channel, please do your best to respond to your messages at your earliest convenience.

Harvest

Harvest is our time-tracking platform that helps our project managers a lot with project planning - please use it carefully and responsibly - submit your hours by Friday.

We also have a ground rule at the TTT - if everyone submits their hours by Friday, we get delicious cookies for the team on Tuesday! :)

Notion

Notion is our database - any knowledge/info/manual you are looking for is (or will be soon) here. Please ask your lead to add you to all the pages needed for your role.

You can also create private pages for task management, reminders etc - play around and find useful tools for yourself!

Zoom

For face-to-face communication with clients and for internal video calls while working remotely, we normally use Zoom. We have a couple paid accounts (accommodating up to 100 participants for up to 24h video sessions) - please reach out to the Operations Coordinator if you need to use it.

Google Meets (Hangouts)
